3299 km in 1 week.
by car.
ben drove.
apologies to all my readers. bwahaha. i was away for the week on an impromptu road trip. it was so impromptu tt RIGHT AFTER ben and i had presented our papers for the class (btw, my paper really WAS a lawyer-bashing rant tt i'd happily entitled "death of a lawyer" and among other things, labelled lawyers "manipulative money-grubbing liars". and presented THAT to a class full of law students, in anticipation of a lot of controversy. let's just say i got my wish. :) but i digress.); he'd decided tt we would rent the car right THEN on tt tuesday. and by 9.00pm tt night, once i'd done my laundry and chucked the newly-washed clothes into my bag, we were on our way to:
1) the canadian rockies
2) edmonton
3) calgary
in the state of alberta.
btw, for the canadian rockies, banff is 857 km from vancouver, while jasper is 288 km from banff. edmonton is 357 km from jasper, and calgary is 300 km from edmonton. and 1073 km from vancouver.
i'll be coming up with YET ANOTHER photolog to chronicle the trip. i took so many photos tt a mere blog entry can't do the photos justice. but it may take a while coz the exams are also coming up. depends on how warped my priorities are (i.e. the more warped they are, the sooner the photolog will be up).
but just to whet your appetite:

c) snowboarding in the rockies
d) edmonton
e) calgary
