The postcard *finally* came in. :) And I'm so happy. Thank you girls for sending it to me. I hope you get the card tt I sent... Hopefully customs doesn't steal the chewing gum I put inside.

BTW, wanted to congratulate the girls' team on your performance at Tianjin! Have been reading your blogs and talking to Cindy and Yirang, and you girls did fantastic! :) I love the pictures... really bring back so many memories. And I'm so glad tt even now, you guys still manage to prove tt "1 boat, 1 stroke, 1 heart" and feeling it is more important than just winning per se.

Anyway just came back from class. I love Advanced Crim Law! It's the ONLY class tt I read up! And well... we had a beer-drinking session after class at Koerner's Pub in the Graduate Students' Building! My lecturer bought beers for everyone so tt we would get to know each other better. How is tt for a personalised touch? Man... I'm still trying to get used to the jury trial system here and the provincial/federal state divide. Ooh... and it's not DPP here. It's Crown. Aha...

Was going to do a nice long soul-searching post, but I want to eat my dinner first. Which includes a Ben and Jerrys' ice-cream treat. Vice vice vice.
