absolutum dominium

greetings from mexico city. this is my virgin connection with an internet facility long enough for me to actually blog out an entry. to cut a long story short (i.e. my mexico blog post will be long, drawn out and picture laden), it´s currently 5.36am and i´ve been plonked down at this 24 hour internet cafe in puerto vallarta since 4.30am, because ben, alvin and i arrived here too early (i.e.3.30am), and we couldn´t get an extra half a night at our hotel for less than US $420 (KNNCCB).

so here i am, trying to kill some time by making use of the internet access (and access to the rest of the known world as i know it) and checking up on email, blogs, news (every fucking thing here is in espanol) and well, blogging. just wanted to let all you guys know tt i am fine. we survived mexico city and guadalajara with all the warnings of errant cops and cab drivers, as well as pickpockets on the metro, with no incident at all, and in fact we had A BLAST of a time! both places were so much fun and so eye opening, tt i swear mexico just has to be revisited.

now hopefully puerto vallarta won´t disappoint either. see you guys around, and expect a photolog when i get all my stuff together after this trip.
