one of those very pointless entries. *yawn*
initially i had had nothing to blog for today, but after some amount of cajoling from ben, i decided to cough up some sort of entry to appease him, at least.
but yar lah. nothing to blog = nothing interesting to say.
today was quite uneventful. i mean, the night before, mr. i-have-an-exam-in-6-hours-and-i-have-not-prepared-for-it-almost-at-all decided tt the last crucial few hours were better spent sleeping and doing other sleep-related activity. so it was kind of remarkable to meet him for coffee at starbucks over java chip frappacinos and grande mochas later this afternoon to listen to him happily expouse to me how he'd answered all his exam questions with no lack of wit and flair (and with cursory mentions to all his almost-untouched material).
after tt, seeing as it was tt i was somewhat hungry, we had a really early dinner at our fave cheena restaurant, one which included over mouthfuls of fish, prawns, sotong and taufu; discussions over the too-expensive healthcare system in singapore and how cpf was a doubled-edged sword. but because i don't feel like being engaged in yet another socio-political discussion right now, i shall not put in our arguments here.
in the evening, it was back to the usual. i managed to run out and grab an iced mocha halfway thru the raccoon's long uninterrupted bout of sleep. the raccoon sleeps too much. it's damn hard to wake it up. it's only credit is tt it's cute.
P.S. i miss talking to melissa pei. why have you gone awol on me? :(
